The staff were so friendly and cute. the room was comfy. After traveling, it was just what we needed to rest. the tv worked great, and refreshments became available upon arrival. the breakfast was fantastic. There was so much choice!

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful . my room was quite spacious, and i found the location convenient for reaching the airport easily. the hotel also provides a shuttle service to the nearby train station..

i noticed some areas in the gym needed better upkeep and cleaning. some equipment was used with a need for some touch-ups.

The location was convenient to the train and airport. They provide transportation to and from the train.

The hot water was another issue I experienced. I informed the hotel, and they sent an engineer to look into the issue. The issue remained. My stay continued without hot water in the bathroom so showering was a gamble.
